Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers. They will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, as well as cleaning the kitchen and work areas.
Additionally, the Culinary Specialist will be required to train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, order supplies and equipment, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers. They will also be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff, organizing buffets and banquets, and managing kitchen operations.
