About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven finance professional to lead our hotel's financial operations. As a Senior Hospitality Finance Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotel's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

You will work closely with our hotel management team to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, reduce costs, and improve profitability. Your expertise will help us make informed business decisions and achieve our financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of our hotel's annual budget and forecast
  • Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting
  • Manage cash flow and working capital
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Collaborate with our hotel management team to drive revenue growth and improve profitability

Requirements

  • 4-year bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • Significant experience in hospitality financial leadership, preferably in a large full-service hotel
  • CPA designation an asset
  • Bilingualism in French and English an asset
  • Knowledge of USALI and Canadian hospitality accounting principles

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
