This exciting role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, advising on wide-ranging commercial matters, including licensing agreements, terms & conditions, and service agreements. You will oversee regulatory laws and risks, providing strategic guidance on contract review, knowledge management, and market developments.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of strong corporate and/or commercial experience in the technology and start-up sector, preferably in Canada. A law degree from a recognized Canadian institution, membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience in IP, healthcare, and regulatory law is highly valued.
