Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at Boye Construction Limited. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction projects, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and mixing and pouring materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. You will be required to work in a team and be able to lift heavy loads. Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.

Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in construction
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to work in a team environment
