Job Title: Construction Labourer and Helper

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at Boye Construction Limited.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling forms and scaffolding, and mixing and pouring materials. They will also assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Reliability, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
  • Legal ability to work in Canada
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a physically demanding environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. They will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
