Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Billy Construction. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Job Summary:

The Construction Labourer will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to construction, including loading and unloading materials, mixing and pouring concrete, and assisting in the demolition of buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Mixing and pouring concrete
  • Assisting in the demolition of buildings
  • Performing routine maintenance work
  • Cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Removing rubble and other debris from construction sites
  • Tending or feeding machines or equipment used in construction
Work Environment:

The Construction Labourer will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and be physically fit.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
  • Ability to work in a team environment
