Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Bistro di Madre piccola Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and controlling costs.
Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the food service team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement effective systems for managing inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial health of the restaurant.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
