Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Bistro di Madre piccola Inc. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates to optimize profitability
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management
- Coordinate food order preparation and presentation for our chef
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with our team and customers. You will be expected to work under pressure, standing for extended periods, and maintaining a high level of energy and focus throughout your shift.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
