Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Veterinary Medical Director to lead our team at VetStrategy Ontario East. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in veterinary medicine, with a proven track record of leading and inspiring teams. They will be responsible for developing processes, mentoring colleagues, and guiding a commitment to excellence in veterinary medicine.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental coverage, RRSP matching, and access to personal coaching, VIN, and license.
