We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our team at HRdownloads. As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in providing expert HR support to our clients across Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to meet the needs of our clients.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on HR-related matters, including policy development, training, and HR programs.
- Collaborate with project leads to discuss project specifications and expectations.
- Ensure client satisfaction by completing assigned projects in line with established guidelines.
- Conduct calls with clients to collect information and explain various consulting services.
- Complete necessary tracking and reporting of project status and departmental goals.
- Hold a bachelor's degree, diploma, or graduate certificate in business, human resources, or a related field.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in human resources.
- Be a strong communicator with a keen ability to engage clients, establish relationships, manage expectations, and make professional connections quickly.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Competent in Microsoft products, including Excel, and SharePoint.
- Be organized and able to effectively manage time, especially in the face of competing demands.
- Exposure to or has assisted with researching and developing human resources programs, policies, and procedures.
- CHRP designation.
- Familiar with Salesforce, Jira, Articulate (Including Storyline and Presenter).
- Experience working within multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience working in SaaS (Software as a Service) industry.
- Fluency in French.
