Job Title: Healthcare Security Officer

Paladin Security is seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Security Officer to join our team. As a Healthcare Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff within our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol interior and exterior of facilities to prevent unauthorized entry and detect potential security threats
  • Respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance, and provide support to patients, visitors, and staff as needed
  • Monitor risks such as unlocked doors, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical issues, hazardous materials, and other breaches of security
  • Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff to provide information and support
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, visitors, and staff
Requirements:
  • Superior customer service skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
