Job Title: Healthcare Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Healthcare Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff within our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol interior and exterior of facilities to prevent unauthorized entry and maintain a safe environment
  • Respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance
  • Monitor risks such as unlocked doors, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical issues, hazardous materials, and additional breaches of security
  • Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and visitors to provide information and assistance
  • Monitor and screen visitors and clients in a professional manner to grant access to the facility
Requirements:
  • Superior customer service skills and a passion for helping people
  • Ability to think quickly on your feet and defuse difficult situations
  • Track record of handling a great deal of responsibility
  • Varied life experience and enthusiasm for a job well done
