Senior Talent Partner

CMC Electronics is a leading company in the design and manufacture of advanced avionics solutions for the civil and military aviation markets.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Partner to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for executing our talent acquisition strategy through innovative processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and deploy talent attraction strategies to attract top talent internally and externally.
  • Manage the recruitment process, from candidate prospecting to resume analysis and initial interviews.
  • Master technological tools to target and approach passive candidates.
  • Manage requisitions and support managers in defining workforce needs and selecting candidates.
  • Act as an advisor to teams and train them on best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of the employer brand and act as the company's ambassador during recruitment campaigns.
  • Implement and monitor monthly performance indicators related to recruitment and retention.
  • Develop partnerships with placement agencies and other strategic players for the recruitment of employees, new graduates, and interns.
  • Respect the budget established annually for recruitment activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and prospecting/sourcing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening skills.
  • Ability to create lasting business relationships with partners and candidates.
  • Creativity in proposing innovative solutions to attract talent.
  • Organizational skills, business sense, and an enthusiastic, proactive, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and identify and manage priorities.
  • Capacity to drive change.
  • Initiative, rigor, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Commitment to providing a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Bilingual (spoken and written).
  • Good knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office software.
