Job Summary

Gobind Granite Inc is seeking an experienced Market Sales Lead to oversee the sales team and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales representatives to duties and tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • AUTHORIZE return of merchandise as per company policies and procedures.
  • Sell merchandise to customers, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase average sale value.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising strategies, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply chain issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure seamless product availability.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.

We are looking for a highly organized and effective leader who can motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Basic security clearance.
