Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Team Lead to join our team at Fatima's Market. As a Senior Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Establish work schedules and assign tasks to team members
  • Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers and maintain inventory levels
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or leadership role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
