About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team in Toronto. As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming community within our centre, ensuring that all administrative and support needs of our customers are met.

A Day in the Life

Your day will start with preparing the centre for opening, ensuring everything is ready and tidy. You will then be busy assisting customers with various tasks, such as resetting Wi-Fi codes, directing them to meeting rooms, and providing technical support.

You will also be responsible for managing customer requests, responding to emails, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your communication skills will be put to the test as you build strong professional relationships with our customers and provide exceptional service.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a good communicator, able to empathize with people's needs, and have a positive attitude towards fast-changing situations. You should also have experience using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
