We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring computerized building control systems, maintaining facility/plant systems and equipment, and performing major repairs/installations on complex building systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor computerized building control systems to ensure optimal facility performance.
- Maintain facility/plant systems and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.
- Perform major repairs/installations on complex building systems and equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless facility operations and maintenance.
- **Education:** Building Systems Technician certificate
- **Licenses:** Valid Class 5 driver's license, 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate, 3rd Class Power Engineer Certificate
- **Competencies:** Basic - Communication skills, Intermediate - Computer skills, Basic - Organizational skills, Basic - Interpersonal skills
- **Knowledge and Abilities:** Knowledge of tools and equipment, Ability to work independently
