Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations, ensuring that all facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning staff and daily activities.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and high standards of cleanliness.
- Provide training and guidance to new cleaning staff.
- Manage the ordering and inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Resolve any client concerns or complaints regarding cleaning services.
- Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Ability to multitask and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
