The Associate Relationship Banker role is a key part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and support to our Banking Center customers. This role will process customer-related financial transactions, respond to customer needs, and capitalize on opportunities to build and deepen relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer-related financial transactions in accordance with bank rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Respond to customer needs in a timely and accurate manner, capitalizing on resources and tools available.
  • Evaluate customer needs and offer appropriate financial products and services through needs-based conversations.
  • Perform routine teller transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
  • Meet/exceed individual and team goals in sales, service, and operations.
  • Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, as well as bank policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced degrees preferred.
  • 6 months to 2 years of job experience in cash handling and customer service; needs-based sales experience and banking experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and extended hours.
  • Self-starter and highly motivated individual with strong customer service skills and ability to support teamwork.
