Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for empowering and leading your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain high standards of operation
  • Plan and execute methods of increasing sales and achieving targeted costs
  • Manage team members with open communication and understanding
  • Empower and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in running a successful business

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role
  • Practical knowledge of recruiting, training, and coaching team members
  • Strong operational experience
  • Ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
