Cleaning Operations Manager

Pierrefect Cleaning is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals who are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
- Work Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our clients' needs are met and our staff are utilized efficiently.
- Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of our cleaning staff to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
