About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Ruta Cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning activities of our staff and ensuring that our sites and facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that cleaning activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Willing to relocate.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, on-the-road job with a 35-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
