About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Ruta Cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning projects, ensuring that we meet our financial targets.
  • Receive Payments: Manage the receipt of payments for specialized cleaning jobs, ensuring that our clients are invoiced accurately and on time.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff, ensuring that they have the resources and training they need to succeed.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff, ensuring that we meet the needs of our clients.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, on-the-road position, requiring the ability to travel to various locations throughout the day. You will be working as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
