Food Service Manager

At BIG SMOKE BURGER, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
