Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Watershed HR Solutions Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters to management and employees
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Conduct performance management and employee relations activities
  • Manage employee data and information systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to engage employees and stakeholders
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR metrics and trends
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and project management tools
