Key Responsibilities- Import and manage user information in learning management systems, customer relationship management tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Monitor and respond to support requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Deploy and monitor surveys and reports to ensure data-driven decision making.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within learning and administrative platforms.
- Conduct user training sessions on technical aspects of our platforms.
- Create user documentation for self-help knowledge bases.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on newly published courses.
- Support other departments, including business-to-business, product, and marketing teams.
- Manage data and technical projects as assigned.
- Maintain project status and provide regular updates in project management tools.
- Foster user engagement post-course launch.
- Monitor the awarding of certificates and badges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a program support or data analyst role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with learning management systems.
- Experience with customer relationship management tools, data analytics platforms, and SQL databases is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of data loading and SQL is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, exceptional customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn new technologies, and solid organizational skills.
