Key Responsibilities
  • Import and manage user information in learning management systems, customer relationship management tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to support requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Deploy and monitor surveys and reports to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within learning and administrative platforms.

  • Conduct quality assurance checks on newly published courses.
  • Support other departments, including business-to-business, product, and marketing teams.
  • Manage data and technical projects as assigned.

  • Monitor the awarding of certificates and badges.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a program support or data analyst role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with learning management systems.
  • Experience with customer relationship management tools, data analytics platforms, and SQL databases is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of data loading and SQL is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, exceptional customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn new technologies, and solid organizational skills.
