Payroll & HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll & HR Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert payroll and benefits administration services to our 8 divisions in Canada and the USA.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Process and administer payroll and benefits for our employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline payroll and HR operations, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
- HR Expertise: Provide expert HR advice and guidance to hiring managers and employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with employees, management, and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding new employees.
- Health and Safety: Oversee health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Payroll and Benefits Experience: Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration, including full-cycle payroll processing and benefits administration.
CB Canada offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development, a dynamic work environment, and a team-oriented culture.
