We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Northern Grocery Inc. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register with accuracy and efficiency
  • Process payments, including cash, cheques, and credit/debit cards
  • Scan items and receive payment for goods or services
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized counter area
  • Provide excellent customer service and greet customers warmly
  • Monitor entrances and exits, and request proof of payment when necessary
  • Work a permanent schedule with 30-40 hours per week
  • Communicate effectively in English
