Job Description

At Royal Bank of Canada, we are seeking an experienced Senior IT Program Manager to join our Global Functions Technology team in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT programs within our Capital Markets division.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex IT programs and leading cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating processes and procedures for all project teams to follow within the program. This includes tracking progress against project milestones, holding others accountable for assigned tasks, serving as a liaison and building bridges among project teams within the program, planning and monitoring program development, and managing all aspects of an organizational program to ensure successful execution.
