Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist/ Legal Assistant. The individual will play a crucial role in the daily operations and client interactions of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative and routine clerical tasks.
  • General receptionist duties: greeting clients on the phone and in person.
  • Scheduling in-person, phone call, and virtual meetings appointments.
  • Supporting other legal assistants with organizational tasks and the day-to-day operations of the firm.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Comfortable with a high degree of client interaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, warm, and personable demeanor.
