About the RoleThis is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
- As a Food Service Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met.
- You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- An important aspect of this role is maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as preparing and submitting reports.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to:
- Establish work schedules and ensure that they are implemented effectively.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any complaints or concerns promptly and efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
