About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a positive and welcoming experience for all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our latest products, services, and promotions, and be able to communicate this information to customers.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual displays and merchandise presentation.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Loss Prevention: Adhere to all Loss Prevention policies and procedures to prevent theft and ensure a safe shopping environment.
Requirements
  • Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in apparel.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and sales goals.
