About Us: Mike Trevett - Desjardins Insurance Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments and build relationships with clients over the phone, virtually or in person
  • Educate clients about their insurance coverages and products that meet their needs
  • Utilize our proven systems to help new and current clients build and protect their wealth
  • Help our clients manage the risks of everyday life and recover from the unexpected
  • Provide a remarkable customer experience

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $45-$50K
  • Uncapped commissions
  • Annual bonus
  • Health and Dental/Life insurance benefit (after 3 months)

Requirements:

  • Ability to present solutions to current and potential clients
  • Property & Casualty license (preferred/must be able to obtain)
  • Life insurance license (preferred/must be able to obtain)
