Insurance Account Representative Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative. As a successful Desjardins Agent, you will be responsible for helping our clients build and protect their wealth through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and build relationships with clients over the phone, virtually, or in person
  • Educate clients about their insurance coverages and products that meet their needs
  • Utilize our proven systems to help new and current clients build and protect their wealth
  • Help our clients manage the risks of everyday life and recover from the unexpected
  • Provide a remarkable customer experience

What We Offer:

  • Total Compensation Range: $45-$50K Base Salary, Uncapped Commissions, Annual Bonus, Health and Dental/Life Insurance Benefit (after 3 months)
  • Assumed Total Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 ++

  • Ability to present solutions to current and potential clients
  • Property & Casualty license (preferred/must be able to obtain)
  • Life insurance license (preferred/must be able to obtain)
