About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Farm Supervisor to join our team at Golden Acre Farms Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring the safety and bio-security of our crops and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
  • Fertilize and spray crops
  • Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and physical stamina. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and repetitive tasks.
