We are seeking an experienced Service Team Member to join our team at beBee Professionals in Red Deer. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

About the Role:
  • Prepare food and beverages to order, using standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments with confidence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with regular breaks as needed.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • An hourly wage of $15.50-$18.00, depending on experience, plus tips and bonuses.
