About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Industrial Automation Repair. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales volumes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, including sales reports and analysis.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales management or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
