Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview patients to obtain case histories and provide a positive patient experience
  • Manage and maintain accurate and confidential medical records
  • Coordinate appointments and schedule with healthcare providers
  • Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including preparing reports and documents
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory of medical equipment and office supplies

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
