About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Automation Developer to join our team at Intact Lab. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our test automation framework, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in our software development process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the test automation framework, ensuring it is scalable and efficient.
  • Design and implement end-to-end full stack automation scripts for strategic applications.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to understand product requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Debug and manage defect prioritization, working closely with support and product teams.
  • Develop high-quality automated test cases, reusable for strategic systems, and identify reusable modules and components within application automation scripts.
  • Define branching strategy and perform code reviews.
  • Build a strong relationship with development and product teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in mobile app quality assurance.
  • Experience in native mobile app test automation (Appium).
  • Experience in micro-service test automation.
  • Experience in Java programming.
  • Experience creating BDD design (Cucumber) and Page Object Model (POM).
  • Experience in Java and Confluence.
  • Ability to create high-quality test documentation.
  • Experience creating and maintaining test suites, test cases, defects.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in Agile and iterative process: Scrum.
  • Experience supporting the development team's Agile processes.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, QA approach, strategy, and analytical thinking.
  • Bilinguism mandatory (English / French).
