Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer printing issues and provide technical support.

Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in technical repair of electronics or software equipment.
  • Knowledge of basic Microsoft operating systems, printing, and common network concepts.
  • Basic awareness of common solutions and technologies.
  • Low to mid-end office systems certifications.
  • Basic color theory knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, with occasional assistance.
  • Positive, outgoing, self-motivated, and committed to building strong customer relationships.
  • Valid travel documents and a reliable vehicle with insurance.
  • Ability to work standby and after-hours shifts.
  • Training may require after-hours travel and stay-overs, including weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA A+ Certification.
  • CompTIA Net+ Certification.
  • CompTIA CDIA+ Certification.
  • Microsoft MCP or MCITP Certification.
