Job Title: Automotive Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Westcoast Auto Repairs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, and brake systems
  • Perform routine maintenance services, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Inspect and test vehicles to identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective workflow
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in automotive repair or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and components
