Job Title: Provincial ECHO Facilitator

Shared Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Provincial ECHO Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing multi-session virtual education programs provincially.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement virtual education programs.
  • Oversee meeting and session logistics, including scheduling presenters, developing materials, and coordinating with administrative support.
  • Support participant recruitment and communicate with healthcare providers and clinical educators before, during, and after sessions.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders to understand their needs and support the evaluation of sessions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in health professional/clinical education.
  • Experience in curriculum design and multimedia education, including online learning.
  • Superior communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, with a master's degree preferred.
  • Active member in good standing of a relevant regulatory body.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
Working Conditions:

May require working in a typical computerized office environment with frequent meetings and travel throughout the service area.
