Job Title: Provincial ECHO Facilitator

Shared Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Provincial ECHO Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing multi-session virtual education programs provincially.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement virtual education programs.
  • Oversee meeting and session logistics, including scheduling presenters, developing materials, and coordinating with administrative support.
  • Support participant recruitment and communication with healthcare providers and clinical educators.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders to understand their needs and provide high-quality services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in health professional/clinical education.
  • Experience in curriculum design and multimedia education, including online learning.
  • Superior communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in health-related professions or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Master's degree in a health discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Active member in good standing of an associated regulatory body.
