Responsibilities & Qualifications- Develop and execute innovative retail sales strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Merchandisers, Buying, Digital Marketing & Customer Service departments to integrate retail sales goals with company-wide growth plans.
- Report and partner with the CEO to communicate region-specific needs and shape the broader business strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire District Managers & Store managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and open communication, ensuring the well-being of all retail team members.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in senior retail leadership, a Bachelor's degree in business or related field, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual proficiency is also required.
