Travel Industry Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Travel Industry Relationship Manager to join our team in Saint John, New Brunswick. As a key member of our Global Account Services team, you will play a critical role in our mission to make hotel travel possible for all.

Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing key accounts.
- Coordinate group/transient hotel bookings from key global accounts via telephone and email.
- Interact with clients, hotels, and customers via inbound/outbound phone calls and email correspondence.
To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to multi-task, excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency, knowledge of the travel industry is a plus, and the ability to work through company-provided training.
Required Qualifications/Experience include a High School or General Equivalency Diploma and at least 6 months minimum of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Inc sales experience or one year of sales preferably in the hospitality industry.
