About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Paid Growth Lead to join our team at Flywheel Digital. As a key member of our Paid team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing analytics and Google search strategies for our clients.

This is a full-time, remote-first position that requires a strong understanding of campaign strategy, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign optimization best practices. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their goals and develop tailored solutions to drive growth and revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute analytics and Google search strategies for clients
  • Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media and analytics
  • Lead a small team of analysts and provide guidance and support as needed
Requirements
  • 4-8 years of experience in paid media and analytics
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign optimization best practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 CAD, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
