About the Role

As a Consultant in Loan Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering loan information, selling our loan and protection products, closing loans virtually and in person, and following up on past due customer accounts. You will also be responsible for cash controls, including taking payments, and committing to your personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience to earn our customers' trust and loyalty.
