Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically demanding Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team at Romero Cleaners. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our office buildings and commercial spaces.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to prevent odors and pests
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment
  • Perform safety and security checks to ensure the well-being of our staff and visitors
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a hygienic environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and under pressure
  • Physically demanding work requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
  • Dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability
