We are a leading provider of commercial cleaning services, dedicated to delivering exceptional results to our clients. As a Heavy Duty Cleaner with Romero Cleaners, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients' facilities.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining various areas of our clients' facilities, including offices, hospitals, and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse; empty trash cans and other waste containers; wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Equipment Operation: Work with industrial vacuum cleaners, power sweepers, carpet cleaning machines, polishing machines, waxing machines, steam cleaners, and upholstery cleaning equipment.
  • Physical Demands: Work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs); bend, crouch, and kneel as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset or equivalent experience.
  • Availability: Available for shift or on-call work.
