Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team at Romero Cleaners. As a Heavy Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to prevent odors and pests
  • Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment
  • Perform safety and security checks to ensure the well-being of our employees and clients
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Work with minimal supervision to demonstrate your independence and self-motivation
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience in cleaning or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and maintain a positive attitude
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and bending and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients
